Your 12-Week Roadmap:

• Personalized Sessions: 12 individual meetings, ranging from 30 to 45 minutes. In the first month, we prioritize getting you clean and sober, while helping you examine your thoughts and feelings and reflect on your relationship with substances through affordable addiction treatment.
• Essential Recovery Kit: This includes a guide to aid your recovery journey, encouraging you to capture your thoughts, emotions, and challenges with substances. It helps in identifying triggers and building healthy habits. Plus, you’ll get a recovery book, a journal, a toolkit, and a pen as part of our treatment package.
• Step-by-Step Guidance: After the first sobering month, we immerse you in the renowned 12-step approach, providing workbooks and our expertise. Coupled with techniques like CBT and ACT, this holistic method ensures you lead a gratifying life without the need for substances. • Family Integration: A dedicated family session to educate your loved ones about the complex nature of addiction.
• Community Support: 36 TFR Recovery Meetings, both in-person and online, where members share their stories, successes, and hope.
• The Freedom Room Space: Available on weekdays, this is a sanctuary for those needing a safe environment. You can even work from here alongside peers while receiving affordable addiction treatment.
• Self Care: Unlimited sessions in our deluxe Smart Glide Pro massage chair, promoting physical relaxation as a crucial component of early recovery.
• Healing: 3 x meditation and sound healing with Morgan in person (Second Tuesday of each month, 6pm)
• Always Here for You: Daily advice and support via call or text.
• Skill-building Workshops: 3 thorough workshops on subjects from mindfulness and understanding addiction to stress management and setting boundaries. (Available on the last Saturday of each month.)

We offer a one-month program for those seeking a shorter commitment at $1000.00. This includes the recovery kit, four personalized 20-minute sessions, 12 TFR meetings, and daily support. Monthly membership content:

• Access to all three meetings each week (Monday in person 6pm), Wednesday in person or on Zoom 6pm, and Friday Zoom only at 7pm)
• Sober family and connections
• Unlimited use of the massage chair
• 1 x month meditation and sound healing with Morgan in person (Second Tuesday of each month, 6pm)
• Continued telephone support is an added advantage of our affordable addiction treatment plan.
• Messenger group chat
• TFR events, Paid and unpaid
• One complete repeat set of workshops (these are the three workshops included in your 12-week package, not ad-hoc workshops)
